Our employees are integral to our business, and in keeping with this each employee becomes an Equity Owner upon hire. Each individual employee is recognized to have specific knowledge that applies to their particular expertise. We work together as Equity Owners focused on our mission critical work. We understand that we work to provide for ourselves and our families as well as our shareholders. We work to provide better lifestyles for patients. We understand that our physicians are key to our very existence; they are our fundamental unit of value.
We work hard, we play hard, we reward results well.
We carry this same thought process of strong ethics, integrity and professionalism through to ourselves, our shareholders, and to our vendors. We expect the best. We continually set high standards and work each day to meet and exceed those standards. We truly see no value in compromising, lowering the bar, or accepting less.
We look for employees that want more than "just a job"; this ties into our Equity Ownership plans. We are interested in people who are looking to better themselves and want growth opportunities, both personally and professionally. Quantum has no superfluous positions or people - each person has specific skills needed to add to our "whole". We each make a significant contribution in added value to the organization, the industry and the community.
